Shipment will be made within the next 2-3 working days following payment delivery; excepts for orders containing more units than what I have in stock, in which case a delivery time will be agreed.
1) Shipments to Spain: the standard shipment will be made by certified letter using the spanish post mail service, Correos, at no cost for orders on the amount of 15 Euros or more. The shipping cost for orders below this amount will be 3 euros. Alternatively, you can also select express shipment with an additional cost for Correos Express service.
The estimated arrival time by Correos for national shipments is from 3 to 5 days.
2) Shipments to other countries: shipments outside of Spain will be made trhough the following services:
DHL Express: Portugal, Belgium, France, Italy, Monaco, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, US and Canada.
Estimated arrival time is from 3 to 5 days.

Estimated arrival time is from 7 to 45 days, dependant on the country of destination.
Customs expenses, shall there be any, are excluded and to the account of the purchaser.
Mamuparati is not responsible for possible delivery delays due to problems during transportation or customs process. However, if there is any incidence, we will do the necessary follow up with the corresponding service provider and will try to find the best and more satisfactory solution for our client.

As per EMEA legislation, I accept returns with 14 days after the client has received the purchase. The refund to the client, including shipment costs, will be made within the next three days after the item has been received back, in perfect condition, new and with the original packaging.
Returns of personalized or made by order purchases will not be accepted. We will tell you when this is the case, to give you the opportunity to cancel your order before I start to work on it, if you wish to do so due to the fact that it cannot be returned.
The information that I collect
In order to be able to send your order, you must provide me with certain information which you have already authorized to these platforms and/or social networks to be shared with me. This information includes your name, email address, postal address, payment information and the details of the product which you ordered. You may also give me other personal information (for a jewelry personalized item, for example) if you get in touch with me directly.

The information about my clients is important for my business. I share your personal information exclusiverly due to very concrete reasons and circumstances, like:
Etsy: I share information with Etsy as needed in order to be able to provide with my services and comply with the Etsy sellers policy and terms and conditions.
Service Suppliers: We work with some trusted third party vendors who provide services to my shop, like the transportation agencies. I will share your personal information with these parties, but only as required to provide the services.

Personal data transfers outside of the UE
I can store and process your information through hosting systems based in US and other jurisdictions. As a result of it, I can transfer your data to a jurisdiction where the data privacy and data protection legislation is different than yours. If this needs to happen, I will based this actions within the privacy frame legal foundations, as far as Google cloud is certifies as such.
If you leave in certain territories, included UE, you have some rights in relation to your personal information. Even though some of these rights are generally applicable, others apply only in concrete scenarios. Those rights are described hereunder:

If this is the case, I will eliminate your personal information unless there are imperative and legitimate reasons to keep it or if it is necessary to comply with any kind of legal requirement.
Complains: If you live within the UE and you wish to share your concerns about the use that I make of your personal information (notwithstanding any other rights that you may have) you have the right to do it in front of the corresponding local data protection Authority.
